Would most definitely recommend purchasing a car from Long Mile Motors !! From the beginning there was excellent communication from their behalf, providing a virtual tour of the vehicle and proof of work. The staff were very accommodating when it came to fitting parts I wished to have done and delivered the car in immaculate condition to Galway ! Their warranty is 100% valid and had no issue replacing my EGR while providing me with a substitute car in the meantime. I am extremely grateful to the staff and couldn’t recommend enough !!

Disappointed with the service. I brought in a car I had just purchased that day to get it valeted and washed. Unfortunately, they did the bare minimum. The interior was barely touched, no vacuuming between or under the seats, seatbelt buckles left dirty, vents full of dust. Door bins, cup holders, and other plastic surfaces were neglected. I wasn’t expecting perfection but I expected better than this for the price. If they claim to use proper interior cleaning products then they seriously lack attention to detail. The exterior wash was decent, though they missed between the alloys. It was around 60 Euro but the service I got wasn’t even worth half that.
