Excellent service at Lexus Waterford with friendly and helpful staff in a nice environment. I needed to get some work done while I waited for my car and was given a quiet comfortable space to work in. I’d been having some problems with using Apple CarPlay in my Lexus and Abdul sat in the car with me and sorted the problem, it was the settings on my phone that were at fault. And my car came back to me freshly washed and vacuumed. Superb service.

Michael couldn’t have more helpful explaining all the tech in my new Lexus..even if it went over my head.. before actually buying the car, Michael was always courteous in communication and never pushy, which was welcome.
