Went in with the intentions of having a look but got a great sales person named Sean. He was brilliant and walked me through the full range of cars with great detail. He found me a car suited to my needs. He got everything done quick and efficiently. Great experience! 14/08/2025 update FORGET THE ABOVE REVEIW which the sales person said I had to scan before leaving the shop with my new car as it ‘helps him out’. It’s now a week and a half since I picked up the car and I mentioned how Apple car play was not on my car. Sean the sales person told me that this was a feature on the car I was purchasing. Since then it’s endless amounts of calls to Sean and so called ‘managers’ to be told they are too busy and not able to take the calls. Then when finally getting hold of them they try twist the words that have been said and recorded on a voice note to say no you bought the car without car play. Be very careful buying cars from here as clearly they lie to the customer with the features of the car then afterwards make you out to be the liar when you have the proof. Oh and I’m STILL waiting for a manager to call me back … after 3 times of me phoning today already. Surely your not with a customer every minute of the day.. especially when I was in the place there was lads sitting round and messing??

We have recently purchased a car from Kylemore and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The staff there are amazing, and so are the cars :). We worked with Liam (sales team) and Thomas (finance team), both were a delight to talk to, along with the rest of the team at Kylemore we happened to have a chat with as well. Liam and Thomas were very knowledgeable in their craft and able to answer all of our questions, plus share their knowledge and make suggestions without being pushy and leaving the final decision to us. 100% recommend the place, a real pleasure to work with Kylemore Cars.
