The repair was done speedily and efficiently and even the tow truck that came to pick up the car did a courtesy call the night before to arrange the best time for me. It would certainly make me want to go back to Koping should I be looking for a new car in the future. Turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very smooth, efficient and pleasant experience.
