Wonderful experience as always with Kingston Motors have bought 3 cars here. This year my son bought his first car with Aaron and he really helped him and was so knowledgeable and personable. He was always on hand by phone to take a call in relation to the process and made his first car purchase a memorable one. I myself changed my car in January 26 but had started shopping in November and as we had such a great experience with Aaron we had to return to him. He helped me in picking a model and ordered it and sorted everything out very efficiently.and in a very courteous and pleasant manner. Thanks so much Aaron and all at Kingston Motors.

Kingston Motors (Hyundai Dealer) in Stillorgan village Dublin is one of the good place for buying a car, located near to Texaco Gas station. We went here to Test drive the Hyundai Tucson 2015 model, the sales person Garry is very polite and I am able to test drive the car. Then he gave the quotation for the loan and we checked some other modules too. I will update more after finalizing the car, I recommend this place.

DO NOT BUY AUDI A5 192 D 16768 We bought the above car and within 4 weeks of owning it there was a leaky & creaky sunroof, lights that did not work and worst of all a check engine light. The check engine light read P200200 which can become a major fault if not corrected. We were given 6 month warranty and brought the car straight back to Kingstown Motors. When called we spoke to Bernie who had said “well I didn’t sell you the car so this is a sales issue” We were then greeted with Aaron who told us to “just live with it” in response to the sunroof. We were then told “just map out the EGR” in response to the check engine light which we responded that this was an illegal modification. They then advised us that they would not carry out the work needed on the car because “we do not have the money to fix it” Kingstown motors refused to carry out any work on this vehicle under warranty. Philip, who we dealt with lastly, refused to write an email or a letter stating that Kingstown motors refused to carry out any warranty work because they know that this breaches their agreement. Philip repeatedly hung up phone calls & spoke rudely towards me and my partner who bought this car. (We have phone records to prove this also.) I would not recommend this place to anyone who is interested in buying a car or more importantly has any interest in being treated with respect by any member of staff. Simi should not associate themselves with this behaviour and with selling faulty cars to customers. Be cautious as they have now traded/ passed this car onto Hyundai Dundrum.

Office was open early... Keys handed over at 07.45 . No problems. Car collected at c 12.30... Payment made.... All went smoothly. Office staff: friendly and helpful in every way
