I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Killarney Autos. When I initially brought my car in for an A/C gas refill, I was told the price would be €150.(as it's old version, not ECO friendly) However, when I came back to pick up the car, I was shocked to be told the total was €350 — more than double the original amount, and without my prior approval or consent. There was no phone call, message, or explanation beforehand to inform me of the change in cost. I was simply presented with the bill at collection. I understand that prices can vary depending on circumstances, but increasing the price by over 100% without notifying the customer is completely unacceptable. I’m sharing this to warn other customers: always ask for a written quote and confirm the final price before leaving your car. I expected more transparency and professionalism from a reputable garage.

I cannot show my absolute appreciation for this business and the fella who came out to help. The battery stop on my car literally outside Supervalu petrol station and the people behind the counter did absolutely nothing but look out the window smiling after me asking could they help. Thanks to Barry and the lads.

Told us to replace our Fan Belt ASAP. We checked in another garage who advised us and showed us that our fan belt was completely fine. They seemed honest but not trustfull at all. Be careful.
