I bought a car in August from Killaloe Auto Sales. I did not know them beforehand (indeed had never heard of them) so despite being very happy with the sales experience, I wanted to wait a few months before posting a review to make sure the car (Ford Kuga) was running perfectly. First off Kelvin was extremely easy to deal with. He answered any and all of my questions and was very pleasant throughout. I was assured I could test drive it to my hearts content to ensure I was happy before purchasing. I am from Kerry so before travelling up to look at the car, I had plenty of questions and the phone was always answered immediately and I never felt rushed while asking as many questions as I liked. I was impressed with this as I was only a potential customer at this stage and had not yet given a firm indication that I would buy from them. I was also assured they would stand over the car if there were any issues, but it seems to be running perfectly. The buying process itself was very straightforward, I told them when I would be up to buy it and all the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived. Buying a car is a huge expense, particularly in the current climate, but I found them very competitively priced and was very comfortable transferring the money to them as they seem very genuine. A very straight forward and hassle free experience and I will definitely consider Killaloe Auto Sales when purchasing my next car. Thank you Kelvin & Co.
