I purchased my car from them, and they did an excellent job preparing it. It was delivered in great condition and spotless! We had agreed on a few fixes before the purchase, and they not only agreed but also provided receipts for the parts and repairs made. It was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend them. I was really disappointed with the service I got here. I had heard really good reviews, and was very interested in a specific car that seemed to fit everything I was looking for. I had been speaking to Jonathan, and had organised to view and test the car, along with another he had recommended over the phone, at 9am the next morning as he would be there. I had a 20-30minute window before I would need to head off to get to work. He agreed, and then arrived at 9.20am, which was too late for me to test drive and look at it properly, and I couldn’t view with someone else because he had the keys. He assured me I could come over from 8:30am the next morning to view instead as he’d be there from then. Again, sat at the garage for over 20 minutes and no sign, I tried to contact him, no answer. Definitely will not be buying from a company that doesn’t care about their customers.
