We can’t thank Kerry Motor Works, Tom, Belinda, Liam and all of the mechanics who sorted out our motor home last week, enough. The service was amazing, charming and efficient from beginning to end. Not only were they all sympathetic that our holiday had been so rudely interrupted, but also organised a hire car for us and even took us to collect it! The work on the motor home was completed as promised and we were soon back on the road again. Exemplary service indeed, thank you very much.
I bought a new custom van and traded in ranger I got a decent price but I kept it well so I expected that, Kerion who dealt with me was so helpful and professional, a credit to the company. I have bought many cars and vans over last 12 years and would always recommend to others and the service is top notch also
So, to begin with. the vehicle was with kerry motor works for approximately 6-7 months due to parts required for a recall being on back order. after the vehicle finally got fixed, to add to that, they did organise a courtesy vehicle free of charge which was and is highly appreciated and considerative from their side. but the main issue, and what makes me have to give a 2 star review, tempting to make it 1 star, was when the vehicle was handed back after the repairs had been completed, the vehicle was handed back with its entire interior completely mouldy, ((i will include pictures below)) which was a major concern for me as the vehicle is my mothers, who has been treated for cancer just over a year ago, and my younger brother who has asthma. from my point of view i see it as ”who would return a customers vehicle completely mouldy inside, especially when the customer and her child have or had conditions and issues which make it possible to be affected by said mould” she was given plastic seat covers, i was told that kerry motor works themselves are NOT responsible for the vehicle going mouldy as it was FORD themselves which made the recall, but kerry motor works clearly has the sign ”FORD” right on the front of their building. was told that the best they could do, is take pictures of the vehicles interior, and that they would send those said pictures to FORD in order for them to ”possibly” without guarantee, cover the costs of the valet. the cost of the valet isnt my concern or issue. my issue is what in the world was kerry motor works thinking, giving back a customer their vehicle in a HIGHLY terrible condition interior wise. the required recall work was in fact completed SUCCESSFULLY and there are no problems with the vehicle, just like i said is my issue. no professional garage should EVER hand a customer their vehicle back with an interior more mouldy then a year old loaf of bread you would find lost behind your bread pan. thats all for now.
