Shockingly bad service. My father brought his car here with an adblue light on constantly after filling with adblue. They told him they would do a diagnostic report on it for €200. He paid this and got a report after waiting weeks to get a slot. They were to quote for the required work. He tried calling several times, called in several times but got nowhere. Then 3 weeks later he got a call to say the parts were in! He never got a quote and never agreed for them to do anything. They are a complete shambles. We got the issue sorted elsewhere because my Father (83) was very stressed from the entire experience.
I bought a car here April 1st last year. Tried to tax it on line told already taxed . Sent a text to Kenny’s , if they knew if car was taxed ( no disc ) no response . Phoned 2days later was promised to get salesman to call back , a week later still no response. I then tried to call Shannon re car tax . a crowd of wasters . Very disappointed with Kenny’s , maybe the other comments are true ..
I left the car in to be serviced with Kenny's Galway. The car was returned to us with grease hand prints on the car & a broken door lock. No redress, poor service.
Took my car in here for a trade-in valuation as was interested in purchasing an EV. The sales person was rude, advised they would call back to provide a price on the trade-in and never bothered to get back in touch. Ignored a follow up call requesting an update. Sleazy, and a pure waste of my time. At least now I know not to do business with this crowd. Shame, reception staff were lovely and the showroom and waiting area is quite nice. The sales staff bring it down.
This dealership has got to be the worst I have ever come across. Their after sales service is below standard. I have made several attempts to contact the sales person who sold me an electric car. I have sent several emails, I have been told my call will be returned, I made several phone calls all my attempts to contact sales fell on deaf ears. They are happy to sell you a car but are the most unprofessional sales team I have ever come across. When you attempt to make contact with the sales person who sold you a car your constantly fobbed off and the calls are never returned.
