Car broke down recently, got it towed to KLM who were very kind to take it in at such short notice. They identified the problem and talked me through the repair process. Am back on the road and very happy with the experience I received from Keith and Andy.

Was looking to book car in for service on any Saturday....imagine no service done on Saturday only wk days...no good to me working Monday to Friday..but the helpful person suggested I could hire a car for a day "probably only cost about 80 euros ' ehhh hello on top of service.. thanks...but no thanks. I got car serviced elsewhere..on a Saturday too...
