Stephen was an absolute legend. Knowledgeable, friendly, and somehow managed to make buying a car actually fun. Zero pressure, lots of laughs, and a great deal. If all car salesmen were like Stephen, the stereotype wouldn’t exist.

Had spoken to Stephan about test driving a car via phone when we arrived the car had been sold we asked if we could test drive another of the same make and he said we could. Shortly after, made us move away from his desk so he could deal with a customer. He had no customer to deal with and said someone would get the car. I waited 20 minutes in the waiting area heavily pregnant while he disappeared and no one helped us or approached us or asked if they could help. We eventually left.
