Had such a great experience dealing with Jack. He was helpful and efficient, and really went above and beyond to support with everything I needed. I couldn't recommend the experience enough, from start to finish. My new car was delivered to my door this morning, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the service. Thank you for everything Jack.

Had spoken to Stephan about test driving a car via phone when we arrived the car had been sold we asked if we could test drive another of the same make and he said we could. Shortly after, made us move away from his desk so he could deal with a customer. He had no customer to deal with and said someone would get the car. I waited 20 minutes in the waiting area heavily pregnant while he disappeared and no one helped us or approached us or asked if they could help. We eventually left.

Horrible service, almost a month now and still no news on my wife's Nissan Juke 23, they gave her courtesy car 6 days after, and the courtesy car broke down today in the middle of the road, my poor wife she was so stressed about it. I couldn't be believed they gave her a courtesy car, in not so good condition, omg, thank God my wife managed to pull over safely. You couldn't trust this company at all, thank God, they're not working in Health Services, or else every one will go on cardiac arest.

Still under a warranty, My car broke down in the middle of the road, brought to kearys they said i should leave the car and it will take a while to check whats wrong. I need to rent a car for 4days coz they dont have available car to give me. Ask an update they said it will take 2 weeks to get it repair coz they are waiting for the parts they ordered. Now going to 3 weeks and still waiting for the parts to be delivered. So disappointed its my second brand new nissan car ordered from kearys both have problem that is just only less than 2 years old😡
