Kearys Motorrad

I recently purchased my first new BMW.. an R 1300 RS from Kearys after taking a test ride. I would like to thank Kearys for their professionalism, time and patience, and in particular Conor Blackton in sales. Conor was always on the end of the phone when needed and never failed to return a call with any questions or after sales queries I had. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kearys. I will be back when it’s time for service or a new purchase. Their well stocked showroom is well worth the trip from Dublin.

I could not imagine a better outcome for my very tricky situation: a foreigner on holiday with an urgent intervention needed on a F800GS after a light accident, and a same day deadline to meet some 250 km away. Right from my first « can you help » phone call, the whole team at BMW Motorrad Cork were particularly attentive, put a lot of goodwill and went out of their way to make sure my bike was rapidly fixed, safe to ride, and even went as far as to print out a couple of documents to help my French Motorrad team with the definitive repair. Thank you so so much for all that, without your professionalism and availability my Irish Grand Tour would have probably come to an end, or at least it would have been severly compromised. Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe.

Can't speak highly enough of the treatment I got there. Picked up my GSA end of January and Dee went above and beyond explaining everything to me, dealth with Conor on the phone once too and again customer service 10/10. Definitely won't be the last time ill be purchasing off them. Bike is top quality 👌

I cannot find words big enough to express my gratitude to the staff at Kearys Motorad from the managers to the service staff and the guys with the spanners I was treated with a kindness and professionalism which will always stay with me and will definitely have me coming back to BMW when the time for a new bike arises. I would like to thank in particular, Emily Sweeney and Big Chris( sorry didn’t catch your Surname) from the service department, who were just epic in getting me rolling again. I was over on a 6 day tour of Ireland from England and on day two I had an incident that left my bike unrideable. I was taken by BMW roadside assist to Kearys. To say these guys moved heaven and earth and pulled out all the stops to get my bike up and running again is not doing them justice. They saved my tour which I will never be able to repay them. It’s said that it’s the troubles on a tour you remember and chat about, I disagree with this on this occasion, this time it is definitely the staff at Kearys and their commitment to getting me back on the road and allowing me to ride some of the most spectacular coastal roads of Southern Ireland that will be my lasting memory of this trip. Again a big thank you to all the staff but in particular Emily and Chris you were brilliant.

The week in Spain with Keary’s Motorrad and Focused Events was absolutely fantastic. It was really well organised, everything went off seamlessly and nothing was an issue. There were amazing riding roads and loads of off-road to explore. The whole trip was brilliant and excellent value to boot. I will definitely be going on future trips.
