Great experience buying a new car with Kearys Midleton. I dealt with Tony, who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He was also fantastic for following up on any questions I had. He made the whole process so easy and a really positive experience.
Tony is such a sincere, genuine and very efficient man and goes beyond the call of duty. He really took so much time with me, making sure I knew everything and was very comfortable leaving the showroom with my new car. I can't praise him enough. If I could give him 10 stars I would, they would definitely be well deserved. My husband who is a life long owner of Toyota cars is now considering a Hyundai Car as a result of Tony's efficiency, personality and attitude. Thanks again Tony.
I have been going to Kearys Midleton for many years now and have always dealt with the same Salesman Tony Mc Carthy who has always been so professional, courteous, and helpful. Kearys Hyundai Midleton have always been helpful in organising Service dates etc. I would have no problem in recommending Kearys Hyundai as a place to purchase a car. Highly recommended. Absolutely awful experience at Keary's Hyundai Midleton today. After they didn’t bother to return my calls, I decided to visit in person — and ended up wasting more than 3 hours waiting for someone to even acknowledge me. Apart from the lady at reception (who was kind), everyone else seemed completely uninterested that I had been sitting there for so long. What made it even more upsetting was being there with my wife and 7-year-old, who kept asking why we were being ignored. Imagine how embarrassing that feels — trying to explain why staff at a dealership simply don’t care. I came there ready to book a car, not just browse. Even after explaining this, no one made any effort to help. It honestly felt like we were being discriminated against or just not worth their time. If you value respect, time, or even basic customer service, AVOID this place. An experience that should have been exciting and positive turned into one of the most frustrating and disheartening encounters I’ve ever had.
My experience was superb. All the way from the first time I met Jane, head of sales, I felt I was in professional and friendly hands. It was the first time I’d ever bought a new car. I was nervous. Jane gave me lots of time to ask any question that came to my mind. A big thank you. The other thing I was very grateful for was the loan of a car to get me over the Christmas period before I took delivery on the 6th of January
