Staff are very professional and personable. Service was completed in 2 hours so waited and had a relaxing time, watching TV and drinking coffee. All issues were dealt with promptly. I did think the service was pricey (€425) but I suppose that it normal for dealerships.

Amazing! From the moment I went in the door for the first time to the moment I left the dealers with my new Santa Fe. Dealt with Shane who is a great professional and a gent. The parameters I set in terms of the finance were challenging. Mark was one of two sales people I spoke to that could make them work and his was the standout quote. It was only on seeing his figures that others were able to offer anything similar. There were two other factors that contribute to this rating, the first was the follow up. Mark kept regular contact from my first enquiry 18 months prior to delivery - something that cost dealers much closer to me the sale, and then there was the home delivery at no extra cost. But none of that would have mattered if the total cost of the transaction had not been competitive.

Once again, Kearys of Mallow accomodated our service requirements as expected, efficiently and in this case very short notice. Communication from all staff involved was excellent and the cars issues with the brakes were completed within the day, much quicker than expected. Great service!
