My 242 Tucson was booked in for its first sevice since new. Before this the car had developed some mechanical & technical issues. Recurring onscreen error faults (see pics) when starting the car. Also a loud squeak when performing a left lock on the tyres and the usual request to check the brake pads as my alloy rims were caked in brown dust. All these were highlighted to Kearys before the car was serviced. Service report came back all in the green but they couldn't replicate the onscreen errors. Within a day the left lock squeak was back, sounding like I had driven over a cat. Rims still caked in dust and new onscreen error 'NO SIGNAL' in bold green letters. Lost all my preset radio stations. Both Kearys and Hyundai emailed looking for my review of the service, promptly replied but 'radio silence' since then. The cost of the service was €250 (incl. VAT). €112 for 5ltrs of engine oil & a new oil filter and €138 for labour.

Kearys Staff in Mallow what can I say great customer care in the sale department, and great aftercare service for your car when the vehicle due a service or health check they do it all. Want the best go to kearys.

You meet some lovely people in life. The day before I collapsed we had been to @Kearys in Mallow where I had ordered a new electric car I was going to get adapted to make easier for me to drive. Mark there took time with us and got me the red car I wanted. Everyone who knows me, knows I love red. Mark went out of his way to get it for me. We didn’t know then what was going to happen the next day. I contacted Mark and he has been nothing but helpful and understanding. If you are in the market I recommend you head there. Thank you again Mark and until I can get my lovely Hyundai ioniq 6 I will race around with this 😂x

Had a booking for a part to be fitted to my car. I had arranged with Service dept to have the car returned to me at my workplace once it was done, Dan on Service was very helpful with this request. Once it was returned to and before time might I add, the driver was pleasant in giving me back the car & keys. I was absolutely delighted to see that my car was cleaned and hoovered inside and washed on the outside, I was not expecting this at all. A great level of customer care went into my visit. Keary's Mallow Service team have as always been a credit to the company and name and a pleasure to deal with.

Mark (Keary’s Mallow) provided an excellent service for us. He was friendly, welcoming and trustworthy. He informed us about our options and advised us about the vehicles that may suit our needs. We didn’t feel rushed at any stage during our consultation with him. He thoroughly answered all our questions and queries. He showed a keen interest in helping us to make the right decision. He kept us posted about the delivery of the purchased vehicle. He also provided an after sales customer service by making contact to query if we were happy with our vehicle. We would be confident to contact Mark at any stage should a problem arise knowing he would do whatever possible to solve the issue. Thank you Mark.
