Great service. Agreed a price for my trade in. When I arrived to collect the car, they had a protective coat put on the car, gave me top up insurance for 2 years and minor scratch/dent insurance for 3 years. Didn't cost me a penny extra. I bought an electric car and they had it charged to 85% when I collected it too. Can't fault them
