They worst experience of my life. The sales team is rude and arrogant. Someone please tell them that we will pay them for the car, they aren't doing any charity. Also, a lady was crying her lungs out as her car was getting repaired and she had to sit there for 8 hours straight and the receptionist and the sales manager were shouting on her as she kept on asking how much more time. They had the same answer each time that it will be ready soon. 8 hours of repair even after she got an appointment to get her headlight fixed. They were rude to me and my friend as well even though we had paid them the deposit. The salesperson who was selling us the car was absent today and the others didn't even bother about showing us anything. All were like, look around yourself. I'll recommend to buy from anywhere else but these people. We saw how they treat new customers as well as their after sales service. Also, do read their t&c of the warranty as the sales person will do anything to sell you the car on false grounds but their warranty is a scam.

Recently purchased a BMW I4 M50 from Mark in Kearys Carstore Cork. Absolutely super to deal with. No hassles or complications. Looked after my best interests with sale and trade in. Extremely happy with the purchase. Absolutely no issues whatsoever dealing with Mark again in the future and the sale was largely down to him. Probably the easiest sales person I’ve dealt with when it comes to a big purchase like this. Big thumbs up. BTW car is AMAZING.

My experience at this dealership has been nothing short of traumatic. I was shouted at by an employee, told not to be argumentative, and even informed that the repairs covered under my warranty were being done as a “favor.” Instead of fixing my screen properly, a cord was left dangling through the dashboard. What should have been a simple repair turned into a year-long ordeal of back-and-forth visits and frustration. The joy of purchasing my vehicle was completely ruined. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others, because this has been nothing short of humiliating.
