Unfortunately I can't recommend this dealer. I run my own business and customer satisfaction is critical for building a good customer base, I was told that I was the type of customer they did not want, this came out of the mouth of the sales director. Needless to say we have spent hundreds of thousands of € on Cars Vans & Motorcycles elsewhere with other dealers like Morrisons Cahir, Charles Hurst Belfast Motorad, an amazing sales & after sales experience.

I bought a Mercedes GLA from Kearys Carstore Cork a month ago, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The car's software and navigation are in a Japanese version, not the European one it should be, and they are not up to date. I also can't connect to Wi-Fi or install Apple CarPlay. After using an OBD2 scanner, I found several faults in the air conditioning, the engine's coolant thermostat, and the navigation system. I contacted the dealership, and they told me they couldn't update the software to the European version. They also have not responded to my emails about fixing the other faults. Despite the car being under warranty and only a month old, the engine malfunction light has already turned on. I'm now forced to file a claim with the CCPC to get the vehicle repaired. Be very careful with this dealership. They are not truthful and, once they have your money, they ignore your warranty rights and make excuses to avoid their responsibilities. I feel completely scammed.
