Pretty typical, outrageously priced main dealership, with no hint of customer service. Pay the whopping €400+ for a basic service and didn't even top up adblue. Warning light came on next day.

My car has a problem with its dashboard module. It's been in for service already five times for the last 3.5 months! the last time was in service on Friday last week. Of course for every previous booking I had to choose a special day when MG mechanic was available, and each time I was told the same thing: that they needed more time to repair it. But on Friday, the receptionist called and said there were two more things to be fixed that if I leave the car until Monday, everything would be sorted. So i agrreed to leave my car till Monday thinking that will be finally fixed. Of course, no one called me on Monday, as usual. I called them myself next day to ask about the car, and no answer. At 5pm receptionist called and said same story again! that they needed more time and also they need to bring in an MG engineer to fix it. So my question now is who the hell was repairing this car for all this time before? I absolutely do not recommend them at all.

Updated based on your request for information. I am more than happy to explain. You made the decision to no longer represent CUPRA, yet there was no communication to your existing CUPRA customers. As someone who purchased two vehicles from you, I received zero information regarding what this change meant for service plans or the commitments that were given at the time of purchase. I had to personally contact the sales representative, who is excellent, but there was no formal communication from your business explaining what any of this meant for your customers. This has been handled extremely poorly.
