Avoid This Garage – Unauthorised Work and Overcharging I brought my car to this garage specifically to have the timing belt replaced. That was the only work I requested. However, without my consent the garage carried out a full service and replaced multiple parts – none of which I had authorised or agreed to. When I questioned the work, I was shocked to find they had gone ahead and charged me for all of it. To make matters worse, I brought my own mechanic with me to inspect the work and we asked to see the parts that had been replaced. It quickly became clear that some parts had been changed unnecessarily . The garage was caught out and couldn’t provide a valid explanation. This is completely unacceptable – no garage should carry out work without a customer’s permission, let alone charge for unnecessary or potentially unperformed work. I feel taken advantage of and would strongly advise others to stay away from this place. If you value. transparency, honesty, and professional service – this is not the garage for you

Avoid this garage for repairs, they will take advantage of your situation, carry out work without quoting you beforehand and overcharge you. My car was returned with the issue not resolved and in a worse state than it was left in making it undriveable.
