Avoid!! I Bought a car from here last year bmw 1 series I noticed the radio had a small crack in it when I got it and sent an email straight away with photo asking for it to be fixed. They said it’s more of a cosmetic issue? I then sent another email after a few weeks sending more photos to show the screen is getting worse there response was always it’s a cosmetic issue.

Not highly recommended. I have good experience with jay khan at the day of purchasing but but but post purchasing service is terrible as his staff was simply ignoring the queries about important documents related to car and then lied about it multiple time. So I recommend everyone to go with proper mechanic who can check the car and complete documentation at the spot.

Sold me a japanese import car with japanese tyres (no E-mark on them). I have now failed NCT test 2 years after but in those 2 years I have driven on road illegal tyres. He must have put E tyres on to pass NCT and then put back the japanese ones. Thankfully I did not need insurance during those 2 years but if I did, I doubt I would be able to use it due to illegal road tyres. If you are going to buy a japanese import car here, make sure there's an E tyre on it.
