Bought a 1.2 Japanese imported polo 6 months ago and couldn’t be happier. The price was very reasonable and I’ve had it checked independently - there’s no issues at all. Will buy from here again when looking for my next car.
The ad claims it had 3 previous owners, when it's actually 4, on the initial phone call I was told the service history is there, when I arrived I was handed a service book which was.. empty? The employee there couldn't care less about certain areas of concern.. luckily it was close to home Honestly just feels like a bad garage doing a bare minimum to pass NCT, and hope the buyers think NCT is a comprehensive health check of a car.. which it is not, NCT is not designed for this matter either. if you buy.. ensure to budget well above for important jobs, was told some parts are in "good condition", yet still original at @ +200K KMs, also no proof of anything Prices reflect as if the works were done and ensure the car is in a really good condition, however again the absolute bare minimum is done to flip the car, yet charge as if the car was properly fixed up Absolutely no care in the world the fact there is no previous history of servicing or repairs just brushed it off as "sure the previous owner must've done something" .. didn't even bother talking about it further, clearly he didn't care at all. To be fair he did knock off 50 quid if it matter.. it doesn't, better garages out there that will actually fix up cars and won't claim 230k KM mileage is on the lower end.. 3month warranty only to cover engine & gearbox .. to sum up, warranty till you leave the parking lot
Recently purchased my daughters first car, a 2013 VW Golf, 1.2 petrol. The service we received from the team at JK Autozone was second to none. From my first enquiry to collecting the car, we found their service top notch. Based on this experience, I would have no problem recommending JK Autozone.
Sold me a japanese import car with japanese tyres (no E-mark on them). I have now failed NCT test 2 years after but in those 2 years I have driven on road illegal tyres. He must have put E tyres on to pass NCT and then put back the japanese ones. Thankfully I did not need insurance during those 2 years but if I did, I doubt I would be able to use it due to illegal road tyres. If you are going to buy a japanese import car here, make sure there's an E tyre on it.
Just want to thank Jay and the team for providing me with my first car, no hassle, straight forward and provided me with all the information I needed. Thank you again for the mazda 2 sport. Johan
