Review – 2015 Cross Polo (Black, 43,000 KM) I recently purchased a 2015 Cross Polo (black) with 43,000 km at a very competitive price. After comparing similar vehicles from other dealers, I found that most had higher mileage and were priced significantly higher, which confirmed that I made the right choice. About a month after the purchase, I noticed a clunking noise coming from the front shock absorber. I immediately informed the dealer. Mr. Murta responded promptly and agreed to repair the issue without hesitation. Although the first repair attempt did not fully resolve the problem, I contacted him again, and he personally arranged to collect the car from my home. During this time, they provided me with a premium replacement vehicle for my convenience (even though I did not need to use it). Within a week, the issue was completely resolved. I am very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and especially their after-sales service. Their positive attitude and willingness to stand behind their product gave me great confidence and satisfaction. Went to iq motors with my sister as she was looking to buy a car.I personally was very impressed with the selection of quality cars at hand. Immaculate condition and low kilometers. We met murta who was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating.My sister bought a stunning Audi A3 2016 with only 33k kilometres. We had to leave the car there for 10 days or so as it was getting vrtd and nct. When she collected it it was valeted serviced and everything thing in order. If your looking to browse or buy definitely worth the trip.
