I recently purchased a car from Inclusive Car Sales and the whole experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure, Fergus and John are two of the soundest fellas you hope to deal with and provide a great service and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car.

Be careful buying from these guys! The fellas selling the cars themselves are sound and helpful but the 'mechanic' they use is an absolute cowboy! I bought a car the end of May (around 3000 kilometres ago) of this year and they never done the break pads, by the time i realised, the pads were literally steel on steel which ended up damaging the discs aswell. To these credit they sent me down to their 'mechanic' who had a look and told me the brake discs wer absolutely fine, and he then put new break pads on damaged discs which is a waste of time as the pads wouldnt have lasted very long on damaged discs! i got a second opinion off an actual mechanic and i am currently sitting under my car with my father (a mechanic of about 40 years) after having to go out and buy new break discs that their genius 'mechanic' insisted i didnt need. If this guy hasnt a clue what a good condition brake disc looks like to a damaged one, i can only dread to think about any other cars he has 'fixed'! I have my car booked in for a full service now as i drive my with child in the car a lot and i genuinely have zero faith in that guy who cant even get the basics right! If you are going to buy a car from this place, its imperative you bring a mechanic with you, or at least, as soon as you buy the car, go straight down to an actual mechanic and have him give it the once over, and if you have a bought a car from these guys, please go get your car checked! As you can see from the pics, the obvious damage to the ones that came with the car compared to the ones i replaced them with! Again, the actual guys selling the cars are lovely genuine fellas but they are using a guy that is dangerous and i will be looking further into having some sort of agency visiting his shop to inspect his work as he is a liability!

Just purchased a car from these guys and am absolutely delighted with it and the service. Straight forward process and they are happy to answer any questions. Definitely recommend!
