Bought my new car from Ignition Autos today and honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Darragh looked after me from start to finish and was absolutely brilliant. He was so patient, informative and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Very bad experience. I recently bought a polestar 2 from them. They sold me the broken car. An air conditioner doesn't work properly. There was a systemic glitch of an electronic module and it needs to reset it constantly. Sometimes it's successful sometimes not. If the air conditioner doesn't work the windscreen is fogged immediately and you can't go. Now they refuse to repair it for free, because it is not under their warranty and the worst thing it's always busy with their mechanic, it needs to wait for weekly. It's suffering. The air vent was broken as well I didn't notice it when I bought it and Lee didn't tell me. Actually Lee told me nothing about those things just took my money and gave me this car. About the air vent Lee suggested to me to repair for myself. When I wanted to return this car Lee told me that I am gonna lose 20 %. That's an interesting story. They deceived me and sold me the broken car and now they suggest to me spend money and time for repairing or will lose money for returning it. It's not fair it's not my fault. My mistake was buying a car from the ignition auto.

I had previously dealt with Ignition Autos down through the years and bought 2 cars from them, but the purchase of my wife's new car, the Toyota Yaris Cross was the best and most easiest experience of all.
