I bought a used car and the windscreen was badly scratched. When I brought the car back I asked for the windshield to be replaced. I was to try and claim off my insurance so that they would not have to pay for a new one. They eventually told me that booked me in for a replacement windshield with Mr. Windscreen and I’m still waiting for an appointment from them this is nearly two weeks ago. To make matters worse Hyundai never cleared my settlement with my existing finance company leading to me getting €389 deducted from my bank account. Needless to say that I am very disappointed with the service provided by this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I dropped my car off here for its annual service, and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. Conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Dundrum Town Centre, it’s perfect for passing the time while you wait. The service desk is easy to find thanks to clear signage, and the staff are welcoming and approachable. Since my car is fairly new, I wasn’t surprised to get a call confirming there were no issues, and it was ready for collection at my convenience. The team took the time to answer a few questions I had, and when I inquired about a product for treating minor scratches, they personally guided me to their on-site store where I could easily place an order based on their recommendations. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience, and I’ll be happily returning next year!
