The whole experience was great. Silos, the salesperson we dealt with, was fantastic. Very attentive and listened to what we wanted. The test drive in the Ioniq 6 was really good and long, so you got a feel for the car. The car was explained to us without being rush. When it can to the nitty gritty of sitting down to discuss a deal, it was simple, easy and very clear. Will never recommend them,bought a car on a rainy day when they were closing for december,got home realised the car had scratches,notified them in less than 30 minutes after collecting the car,never entertained me,went back to them as that was not all,noticed that the tyres were badly crqcked after a month of purchase(could not pick up early due to constantly wet weathers)Tim the manager told me that l wasn't a mechanic how do l know that the tyres are cracked?very bad listeners as l said cracked not worn out.got videos of the tyres will definately take this up with the ombudsmen
