Called owner Don who was a pleasure to speak with. Straight talking and no hassle, didn't pressure us into any decisions. He took a deposit over the phone and sent an invoice directly. He also took a trade in on the new car. Happy to say the new car was in pristine condition when collecting, recently fitted with a new clutch and flywheel, and half tank of diesel. Don put a year's warranty on the car with AA. All paperwork was sorted by the staff there and new logbook arrived a week later. Will absolutely be going back to Hugo Cars when I'm looking again.
