Bought our first car - a 2016 Ford Focus - from Hugo Cars a few weeks ago. It was in very good condition, NCT'd until April 2028, and a lot of work put into the car by the previous owner, including a new wet belt as recently as December, with invoices and receipts for the work done provided to us upfront. A special shout out to Arvydas who was in the lot on the day showing us around. He was very friendly, welcoming and helpful when we went to view and test drive a few Focuses. At no point did we ever feel pressured or steered towards buying a certain car, we were just told which ones were available and offered to test drive as many as we wanted. The car we chose was in great condition inside and out. We paid for the car Monday and it was delivered to our door on the Tuesday, professionally valeted and absolutely spotless. An issue cropped up with the battery a few days after purchase, and after calling Don, who referred us onto the warranty team, they urged us to utilise the included AA membership for an unbiased opinion and battery health check, and to keep them updated. When the AA mechanic informed us we needed a new battery, Hugo Cars paid for it over the phone, no questions asked. Since then, we have had no issues with the car. Excellent after-sales customer service, they really do feel like they have your best interests at heart - even the AA mechanic made a remark on how they handled the situation being a sign of a good and reliable dealership. I would definitely recommend Hugo Cars to people looking for fairly priced used cars in great condition, particularly first time buyers, as they are very helpful, not pressuring whatsoever, and more than willing to help out if any unforeseen issues crop up with the car after the fact.

Amazing and professional person, when we suggested to view car before purchase and we run on rainy and windy day to see it , Don was there for us; give us key and time to view and test drive . Car was super clean and out of any problems. Paper work was smooth and hassle free , he helped me to figure out few questions after purchase by whats app . Car delivery was very next day . Super happy with service and looking forward to see them in future too.

From start to finish we had a excellent experience dealing with this company. Bought an renault touring in great condition. We had it a month and found to be leaking a smsll bit of coolent we were told to bring car back immediately . 2 days later they called told us it was fixed new timing belt water pump installed all covered under warranty. We will be back with Hugo cars in the future for an undated car for sure our go to garage now thanks lads top marks for service and quality. 👍

Recently bought a car after coming across this business online. The transaction was smooth right from the test drive, purchase and the car being delivered to my door. Car came spotless, on time and exactly as promised. Unfortunately within 2 weeks an unforeseen mechanical issue occurred and I contacted Tadas in the after sales team who was very understanding and helpful throughout. He instructed me to utilise the AA membership which came with the car to have it inspected and if necessary have them deliver the car back to Hugo Cars for inspection and repair. 2 working days after the car was returned it was ready for collection with the part that had failed being replaced. Tadas was in regular contact and this ensured I could be confident that it was all being looked after. The car has been returned in perfect working order and It was handed back freshly washed. Every step of the way this company has been professional and I can’t recommend them enough. I will definitely return in the future to buy again. Thanks to all at Hugo Cars

I sold a second hand car to Hugo cars last week. I could not fault them. I dealt with Tadas and he was a pleasure to deal with. He offered a fair price, no BS, carried out diligent checks on the car (which I would like to know if I was buying a car from them) and was flexible when arranging a date and time to pick up the car. He turned up on time for each appointment, he was very clear on the steps in the process and they did everything they said they would do. Overall Hugo cars were very good people to do business with.
