I had a very disappointing experience with Hills Autos. Twenty-seven months after purchasing a 2020 Kia Sportage, the car suffered a complete engine failure. At just five years old and with approximately 148,000 km on the clock, I believed it would still be covered under Kia's manufacturer warranty. However, after obtaining an independent engineer's report, I discovered that the vehicle had previously been used as a fleet car and that the original Kia warranty had been voided. This was never disclosed to me when I purchased the car, and had I known this information, it would have significantly affected my decision to buy it. To make matters worse, the car was off the road for three and half months, and I received no meaningful help or support from Hills Autos. When I contacted them, I was simply told that "these things happen." I was informed that replacing the engine would cost approximately €8,000, which is an enormous financial burden for anyone, especially for me as a caregiver. In addition to this, I also had to cover the cost of tow trucks to collect and transport the car, adding even more unexpected expense to an already difficult situation. I rely heavily on my car to transport my sick husband to hospital appointments around the country, and having to depend on public transport in Ireland for those journeys caused an incredible amount of stress and hardship. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from Hills Autos to thoroughly check the vehicle's history and warranty status before making a purchase. 'if a car brand does not cover an issue on one of their products we can not do anything in those circumstances "yous offered no help with the situation I had Nobody to turn to for help after spending €24950 on 2020 Kia sportage with remaining warranty you didn't want to know me or offer any help trying to get it sorted or even offer to come look at it while it was laid up on my driveway, had you had the courtesy to make a few calls and see what could be done or in anyway you could help you chose to just let me sort it myself ,had the above had happened this review would have never been wrote

I received a beautiful Hyundai Tucson today from Hill Autos. I seen the car online and contacted them. I dealt with Ray the whole time and found him to be extremely helpful and great to deal with. When I travelled from Cork up to veiw the car I found their business to be highly professional and very well set up. There they have a large selection of cars all in great condition and extremely well priced. After driving the car I purchased it for a great price and Ray even organised for the car to be dropped to cork for me today by Shay the driver who was also great to deal with.
