I bought a 231 car 3 weeks ago from Hertz. I'm absolutely so upset there is an issue already. Hertz totally pass the book. Not helpful at all. They were very enthusiastic until they got my money then nothing 3 weeks after the car has an issue. Window wipers stop working in lashing rain they called it "a minor issue". No the minor issue nearly killed me on my way home from work. No after sales customer service at all. Disgraceful

Bought a car from hertz in south dublin 11 months ago on finance for 30k.engine light came on the very first day driving home from the garage they said its fine keep driving it.so far the cars broken down 4 times,ive lost 2 jobs from having no car.the cars had over 5000 euro worth of parts put in it without so much as an email back from hertz they said its fine nothing to do with them!horrendous company.court proceedings have commenced.
