I bought a 231 car 3 weeks ago from Hertz. I'm absolutely so upset there is an issue already. Hertz totally pass the book. Not helpful at all. They were very enthusiastic until they got my money then nothing 3 weeks after the car has an issue. Window wipers stop working in lashing rain they called it "a minor issue". No the minor issue nearly killed me on my way home from work. No after sales customer service at all. Disgraceful

Their customer service is superb. They are so professional , warm and patient especially Souhail and Mr. Aron. They will always make you feel valued from start to end of the transaction. Excellent!
