Never again! Two bad experiences here. 1st one they worked on my car without telling me what was wrong with it and the price amount. I called multiple times for an update that I never got. Was finally called by Ger in services that the car was done, and I could pick up tomorrow. Asked Ger what was wrong and how much it costs, he told me to call reception tomorrow and ask. Very short and rude manners on phone every time. Price was over 1,200 euros and they never checked with me, just did it and done. Receptionist apologized to me multiple times for it. Just picked car up today to have the fuel cap replaced due to it smelling like petrol in my PETROL Opel car. Took them over a week to order a part which is fine. Went to fill car up with Petrol to see they charged me 101.02 euros for them to throw on a GM DIESEL fuel cap. Cap says diesel on it so now if someone borrows car I have a bigger issue. Called and was told by Barry to just throw a sticker on it or bring back for a refund of only 15 euros and go somewhere else. I asked why they didn't get a regular black fuel cap offline and he said they weren't sure it would fit properly... isn't that their job to know? When I got all the way home I noticed they had hit something off the passenger side door and touched it up with black car paint thinking I wouldn't notice at all. Barry said they had cameras and then said they didn't have cameras where my car was being held. Told me that they didn't damage my car on purpose or at all. I asked him just to look at cameras, but he isn't helpful at all and just talks over me. I'm going straight to headquarters on this. Car parked in their lot for 10 days and damaged there and they even touched it up with paint. No person could do the job they did with touching it up, in person it's obvious that a dealership did it.

Biggest HACKS go to another dealer. Had an annual inspection my report looked like it was done by a child in pre school. Barry claims in over 30 years they never give you a brake depth report that would say your front brakes are 70% worn for example Just a visual. We were told several times by The mechanic and John they would send me a proper report we never received it. Also never received the warranty report with the parts used and what was done. They never measured the reserve alkalinity of the coolant which is very important on electric vehicles to be sure your IGBT's don't get plugged and the cooling system keeps working for the battery and electric motor. They never checked the motor connections.Never rotated the tires. He only checked the PH of the coolant which is a two euro simple tool. I suspect They do not have a proper test kit to check the coolant in a proper manner. I spoke to Barry he claims he lives in a democracy i said it's a dictatorship a country that supports the palestinians Hammas sympathizers which is shameful and just the fact the government dosent allow the people the god given right to self defense tells me we live in a dictatorship. If we lived in a Democracy Maria Steen would be president. I said to Barry my tesla i get a full report he immediately called Elon a racist obviously he was referring to a salute that was intended for the commander and chief Donald J Trump, the radical left wants to try to Hurt Elon a man that has employed thousands of people of all races around the world and then we have Barry who wants to try to say Elon is a racist to try to outsell him with Opel electric cars which will never happen. Barry how many people do you employ that are not irish? Let the people know in your response. Barry i suggest you leave your political views to yourself with customers. When we bought our opel electric van in 2022 Barry said there are lots of charging stations that was a lie come to find out at the time there were one public charger for every ~41 EVs (70,000 ÷ 1,700 ≈ 41).He lied the vehicle was useless to really go anywhere outside in rural areas he knew that. Most charging stations also were not working so we tried to sell Barry back the vehicle about a year later the one he claimed was great he offered us about 50 cents on the dollar saying we can't give them away. BRING YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE- COMPLETE HACKS AND NOT TRUST WORTHY. Now they took on Leapmotor Areas of caution: Buyer beware, just try getting them on the phone i was not able to.
