What an amazing experience from the moment of contact with Sam, really obliging and very knowledgable about the motor trade all round and so pleasant to deal with. My lads were buying their 1st car together and were delighted to meet Sam with his great advice. Been a saturday we couldnt phone for insurance , Sam suggested trying online and even though it was a bank holiday weekend , when the insurance came through Sam dropped the car to our door so the car could be put straight to use for the bank holiday weekend. The lads were delighted with themselves. I would highly recommend Sam and this garage and will definitley return here for another car.

I purchased my car this week with Michael and from the first moment of contact it was pretty plain sailing. I reached out with an immediate response and an appointment arranged for that day . I was greeted by a very friendly face in Michael. The car was spotless and ready to take for a test drive . It was a very warm and comfortable experience . The car was delivered to me as promised and the service etc that was promised was completed with all relevant paperwork provided. Completely stress free . UPDATE: Im so sad to have to update my review regarding sam and his garage I've had nothing but issues with my Kodiaq I got from sam in June 2025, at first I could contact sam about issues and at his request I sent car to garage where it has had work done as it was under warranty only having it less then a month I flagged problems regarding gear box to find out there was no service history on it so im left to pay 220 as sam agreed to pay half as good will but only for the issue to still not be resolved and while in labour I was travelling to and from hospital it went into emergency mode travelling at 80kmh the car slammed into 2nd gear and halted I contacted sam again to be told same thing take car to garage to which I found out the gear box's mechanic unit was the issue now im left to fit the bill of this which has cost me 3k, I've have contacted him 3 times in email only one replied back saying he will be in contact with me in January and still I am waiting!!! I feel I was taken advantage of as I explained I was having another baby and had a child with special needs and needed a bigger car as I've 4 children i would advise anyone stay away only now with some digging through reviews I am not the only one who is in the same situation he is meant to be AA Approved and cars are not road worthy as they need work done I have only had this Kodiaq 7 months and its constantly got a problem now it's going back to garage once again now as its belt or water pump needs doing. Don't make the mistake I did and im so disappointed to have to do this review as I thought he was a nice guy on the phone when looking for a new vehicle!!!! Can not thank sam from Grange car sales enough for everything he done in making sure I got the right jeep. From the moment I spoke with sam on the phone he was nothing but an absolute gentleman made the whole process so easy and I'm absolutely delighted with my new wheels.
