I bought a 222 Vito from Gilmores in oct 23 for €40k. In Aug 24 I bought a GLE for €70k. The add blue sensor went in the vito about 3 months ago. It was on the count down to not being able to start so I called them to get it booked in. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment to put it on the computer, that’s fine everyone is busy. I then waited 5 weeks for the work to be done. The day after I got it done the fault came on again. So I dropped it back down so they could look at it at there request. They had it for over a week I called 3 times during the week to be told someone would come back to meto let me know what they had found. Eventually they rang and said they can’t find the fault and the message is gone. I got the van back and following day the fault was on again. It’s now 9 days since I made contact with them regarding this, I’ve called 4 times and still no one has called me back. I paid €1k to get this fixed Plus all the times 2 people and 2 vehicles have had to drive to them to drop off and collect the van and they don’t even bother to call you back. It’s a joke I would not recommend anyone to give them there hard earned money for this level of service.

Went out of our way to check out the new BYD Seal U Comfort. Got talking to Owen who to be honest, I would highly recommend to avoid! I told him I had a brand new Peugeot 5008 251 reg I wanted to trade in for the car (knowing mine is worth more than the BYD since 7 seater etc), he instantly was like oh no we wouldn't take that! I was thrown off with that remark? Eventually after a bit of back and forth and even after test drive, we wanted to move ahead and buy! Owen implied they usually don't handle those types of trades and asked me to look for a buyer and these being a dealer of Mercedes and BYD? After persuading he does his job and look himself like any other normal dealer, he said he would handle that. 1 week later, no follow up calls, no reaching out, no nothing! I was left managing this myself as if I was the sales person! Literally just off the phone there and he said he has no figures yet for my trade in because it's so fresh. Being honest? It sounded like he just did not want to deal with me because I had a new car to trade in! He lost out on a sale here which should have been a very easy one at that! Ridiculous all together and would not recommend this place because of that. Get anyone else BUT Owen!

Great choice of Mercedes-Benz car, both new and secondhand. Delt with Paul and Wayne. Lovely people to deal with and quite knowledgeable. Patricia is a lovely lady at reception. Constantly asking if you want tea or coffee and biscuits. I would highly recommend that you visit Gilmores if you are looking for a new Mercedes-Benz.
