Very happy with my Recent 90min recall, I gave my bmw 530d in on Tuesday for the DDE Recall and got it back Friday , my navigation wasn’t working before but after was working perfectly and car is driving very nice smooth. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. >>>> Just a update got my second recall done on the 14th September 2023 it was very fast dropped in morning got back in afternoon. Thanks again for Efficient service the best part is the self check in i love it , no waiting around, my lifestyle is very busy and waiting don’t suit me. Self check in best thing ever invented. Self check out would be great next time

Car serviced this morning at Frank Keane BMW Motors, Naas Road, Dublin. Checked my car in online yesterday evening, which made everything very smooth on arrival. Chelsea was very helpful and kept me updated. I waited around for the car, as it was only a small service. If you need to wait anywhere for your car, the waiting area is comfortable with tea and coffee to hand. In addition, there is a great collection of vintage BMWs and a Ferrari to view.

What a disastrous experience from the Service dept of this circus outfit. My car was in for a minor recall event, and I'm glad it wasn't for anything more serious than that. First, nobody would return my numerous calls for a status update, and when they did, they wanted to keep my car for another day because it wasn't finished because "they were running out of time". When I took a hissy-fit with the operator, she put me on hold, and after a 5-min hold, my car was ready. The only source of amusement was when I read on FK's website "When it comes to service, we take pride in taking care of all the small but important details – to give you a completely carefree, enjoyable driving experience. Oh please :(

Its a showroom, museum and a place where you can get lost in real words & metaphorically. Fabulous service and liked the Mocha too. I will return soon to get an EV from BMW
