10/10 for service from start to finish. I can’t recommend enough. Brian was so professional and treated us like we were the only client he had. He responded so quickly every time and answered every question we had, and even ones we didn’t think to ask! Will be back to buy our next car from them.

The level of service given from my initial interest in changing my car to the handing over of the keys to my new car was outstanding. There was no pressure put on me to make a deal and once I decided to change, I was kept very well informed of delivery date and any upgrades being fitted. I cannot praise enough the ease of dealing with Fitzpatrick's Garage.

We bought our new Kona EV from Martin Kernan, he couldn’t have been more helpful, he took great care of us throughout and we ended up making a deal that we were happy with. When we collected the car, he gave us great time and consideration, making sure we understood everything before driving off the forecourt. The whole process was a very enjoyable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming.

All good so far. Second year of getting my car serviced. Up to now, all fine and still affordable even for a 'major' service. I was given a courtesy car upon request (although I had to ring to request it becauseon the form online I couldn't select an option to ask for it), the whole process was smooth and painless. They even gave my car a wash on the outside.
