On a very wet day, they offered to drop and collect me at a location in town while I was waiting for the service to be complete. It's my 1st service with Fitzpatricks and I have to say it was a nice surprise when arriving back to collect the car to see that it had been washed and hoovered out as part of the service. Have to say Lisa ,Mike & everyone in the Service Department was absolutely incredible. I was kept up to date at all times on lead- times for the parts arriving to completion of the work. It was a big job I needed doing on my EV Kona . So thankful to you all for sorting this out for me and getting me back motoring again. I just love my EV Kona. This is the third Hyundai service center I’ve visited, and it’s exactly what I was looking for! They picked up my car right on time, not 30 minutes late. They returned it exactly when promised, not 4 hours later. They did precisely what we agreed on- no annoying calls asking, “Should we change the oil?” I’m thrilled with the quality and speed of service. This is definitely the place where I’ll be servicing my car from now on. Highly recommend!

Recently purchased the new Ioniq 5 from Fitzpatrick's Garage. The sales team were extremily professional in all my dealings. Séamus was always available and a great help. Overall I cannot fault the support and back up that I received. I will definately return to Fitzpatricks if I need another car in the future.
