Great experience with Finlay motor group and Michael. Bought a lovely 2017 Audi a5 which is in immaculate condition. After a few days I realised the air con wasn’t working properly, Michael got it all sorted for me with a brand new air con system and provided me with a free courtesy car while it was being repaired. Would highly recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, Please don't get caught by these guys!!! Where to begin…..nothing but disaster and disappointment dealing with this company. I wouldn’t buy a banana from them, god forbid you returned for a service. We bought a car 1 year ago from here within 5 months it had a major fault. After multiple trips to the dealership with little to no communication with them they eventually told me the fault they had trouble diagnosing…. Was a common fault. They eventually got the car in after waiting on a service appointment. (7 months with a broken car they sold us). To no surprise its rare they have a courtesy car for people having their car serviced. We bought the car in May last year. since then the two individuals i was dealing with sales and service had started the job recently when we bought the car and since have left. They cant keep their new staff more than 12 months my assumption is there are many problems internally. After our car was repaired no service report was available. When i asked wehn picking up the car i was told to speak to the service manager. I tried multiple times to contact him. I got a reply email from the service manager eventually stating the repair was done….. nothing else. We did not have good communication with them during our time dealing with them! I have sold the car because it’s nothing but bad luck and i never want to deal with these guys again. We were also promised extended features on the car that were never supplied. Honestly the list goes on. I have even contacted external bodies asking for help dealing with this company. Something i should never had to do.

Purchased a Car today. Dealt with Johnathan. At last a stress free experience!! Was offered a fair price for my trade in. No offering a stupid price was honest and fair. Recommended to anyone buying a car. 5 Stars. Very happy with my purchase.

We couldn't find the car we wanted in Galway so extended our search nationwide. Eventually found a low milage Fiesta at Finlay Motors and dealt with David by phone then in person when I inspected the vehicle. Everything was as agreed, incluing a full service and warranty. Very pleased with the car, the price, and the professional service I received. Thanks guys!
