My 251 Hyundai Inster developed a coolant fault not long after purchase, not what you want to hear with a brand new car. But the experience at Fairview Motors turned it around completely!! Akhil and the service team got a replacement sorted for me promptly, so I was never left without a car while mine was being worked on. They kept me updated throughout and got it fixed properly at the end. David on the sales side was equally great throughout the whole process. Here’s the thing, cars are machines, and sometimes, they go bonkers. What actually tells you about a dealership is how they handle it when they do. Fairview Motors handled it brilliantly. When the time comes for my next car, it won’t even be a question, I’ll be going straight back to Fairview. Couldn’t recommend them more.

We purchased our Hyundai Inster from Fairview Motors after a long wait. The showroom itself is well-stocked with a good range of vehicles, and the staff were friendly and professional. One thing we appreciated was the freedom to explore the cars on our own—there was no pressure or hovering from the sales team, which made the experience more relaxed. That said, the location can be tricky to find if you’re unfamiliar with the area, and parking isn’t ideal since there’s no dedicated lot—you’ll likely need to park on the roadside. Price-wise, we found the sales team to be a bit firm in negotiations, at least in our case.
