Had the pleasure of dealing with Eoin, went in with a specific car, year & spec in mind. Within a few minutes I was shown a few options, the one I really wanted was unfortunately sold just before I came in - but that was no issue at all. Within a week I had the exact spec and car I wanted with lower mileage honored at the same price, fully serviced, valeted and ready to drive off the lot. Very impressive considering how difficult it is to get a used car exactly how you want it. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

I bought a 2017 export car from this dealer last year. During the sale, I was assured multiple times that the car would receive a full service, everything would be checked thoroughly, and it would be delivered in perfect condition. I was also confidently told that if anything came up, I could simply bring it back as it was “fully guaranteed,” and their mechanic was highly experienced with Audi vehicles. To be fair, the car itself was in very good condition for its age and has generally been a solid vehicle. My issue was not with the car, but with how the after-sales concern was handled. One week after purchase, I noticed a clear noise coming from the brakes. Considering the car had been unused for some time before export, I didn’t overreact - I simply went back. I was told to book an appointment. I returned a week later with an appointment. The mechanic took the car for a very short drive and came back saying, “I didn’t hear anything, there’s nothing I can do,” and handed the car back. When I reminded the salesperson of his strong promises - and even offered to cover the cost myself, just to resolve the issue - I was simply dismissed and ignored. I later went to another garage. The issue was resolved immediately with a €50.. It’s disappointing that for the sake of €50 and basic customer care, this dealer chose to lose not just one customer, but also the friends and colleagues I would have recommended. Additionally, after the purchase (while waiting for registration and NCT), based on my dashcam footage, the speed shown on the recording reaches 90–100 km/h in what I understand to be a 50 km/h zone - after I had already paid the deposit. I find this extremely unprofessional and concerning. For clarity: I still have all dashcam footage from that day, as well as video recordings clearly capturing the brake noise. I expected professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. — Editing for replying Evra Motor’s answer: Let’s say you purchased car and already paid the deposit. You got the car and parked home. You’re playing with everything and you realized the genuine Audi dash cam. You’re excited and checking what’s that. You saw couple videos with time stamp, GPS coordinates, speed indicator. Opening one, recording shows clearly a date after you made the money transfer. Your car reaches 90–100 km/h in what I understand to be a 50 km/h zone. Would you leave ?
