Visited to enquire about a new car. Martin was very professional, patient and helpful, explaining all we needed to know, especially finance figures. Martin went above our expectations when he spotted a small issue with our car and got it sorted on the spot. Top quality sales man!

I rang this dealer last year to enquire about buying a new car. I was greeted with a grunt for a start. The man wasn't interested in what I wanted, what I was trying to trade or any part of the conversation. He simply said sure call in if you're passing and have a look at what we have and hung up. Not surprisingly I used a different dealer. I rang yesterday to have the car serviced to be told to go back to where you bought the car, we are too busy, we are not taking new clients ! whatever that means?? I tried to "shop local" as I live 10 minutes away but as a result I would never consider this dealer again. Probably another message for the SPAM box ....

Shocking communication, i had a booking for first thing this morning by text with no time added but was asked on phone to be there early which I was for 10am. When arriving I was told a waiting appointment should be there for 8am which I wasn't told, I waited 90 mins at which time I offered to come back another day but was told the service team knew I was in reception waiting. During this time I watched staff berate customers to each other swearing etc and watched the ceo raging and shouting out in the forecourt. The place is filthy I would never buy another car off them again 50k spent and this is the 2nd error by THEM not me. Do not ask to use their toilet either its an absolute disgrace.
