I recently travelled to Downey's to view a car I had seen online. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I decided to make my purchase, very quickly done and they went the extra mile by delivering my car to my door! I really don't know what to say iv went in twice over the last 4 years to try and buy a car and my wife went in this time on her own each time with ford cars and the sales men just have this attitude about them which makes me not want to deal there which is a shame because its a really nice showroom and the service area and front desk are very helpfull. shame about the sales team
