I was in for service on my van. Service experience was excellent, from calling to book in to collecting my van. Lads at Downey’s are such professionals that I decided to buy a family car of them just to keep it under one roof. Even though initially I wanted another brand of a car I bought a 2021 Ford Kuga and I believe that tells you how satisfied I am with Downey’s.
I recently purchased a used Kia Sportage from Kyle in Downey's. Kyle was an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely professional and gave a very fair trade in price on my old vehicle. I would highly recommend Kyle and Downey's Kia and would be happy to do business with them again.

This post is written on behalf of my parents- Purchased a car and after 12 days the air con, the radiator went in the car. I then left it in to be fixed which took almost 2 weeks and when I called for an update I was met with pure ignorance and rudeness from the mechanic in here. He said “it will be done when it’s done” and what do I expect with a car with 100,000km on it. Refused to give me an invoice on collection and wouldn’t explain what he had fixed at all. Not one phone call from this garage during the time my car was in and nothing but ignorance when I did call for an update ! Extremely disappointed with my experience in the garage. Never again.
