An excellent sales service. From the initial conversation, all the way to collecting the car. We explored a few options, which the team was kind enough and made us feel very welcome. Shout-outs to Pat and Rory for being super kind.

Very disappointed with service experience. Appointment Arranged for 8.45. Couldn't access garage and no one answering phone to take car in. Waiting for over 4 hours for first service which is very simple. Medical needs explained yet no allowance made. Late for next appointment etc. Others who arrived later assisted before me. Sales guy failed to progress claim for small reversing damage. Insurance scheme unsatisfactory. Refund promised for cancellation of same yet not received 5 weeks later. Won't be going back for re sale or service As an Add on I discovered a few days that no water was put into the windscreen washer. On a 140km trip and couldn't sort due to health issue. What else was not done? Seems a rush job inspite of a 4 hour wait with a so called VIP Urgent job classification. No respect for disabled customer.
