took my car in with a strange rattle, wanted to get to the bottom of it. They just scanned with an OBD device, said there are no faults. so they said the engine is bust. "Something at the bottom". That is it. not even a suggestion to take a look at anything or a possible cause. charged 100 euros for that. just awful
