Just picked up my third car purchased from Deerpark N11…..a 991.2 911 Carrera. The car was presented in box-fresh immaculate condition with verified mileage and a fastidious service history. Consistent with each of the other 2 cars purchased from Deerpark N11 in the past 4 years, the car is absolutely mark-free like all of the motors in their showroom off the N11. The service from Salesperson Brian was friendly, efficient and professional. Every phone call returned and car made available for hassle-free test drive at short notice. A 12 month warranty has been included, but based on the last 2 cars purchased I honestly don’t expect to need it such is the quality of the stock at this dealership. I didn’t have a single fault with either of the cars that I purchased previously. The cars here are not cheap, but they are fairly priced in the market and represent a genuinely fair price. Having bought dozens of cars from many main franchised dealers, I can honestly say that the purchase experience at Deerpark N11 surpassed most of them. I bought my new car 6 months prior. When I visited mount merrion, the car had only just arrived to the dealership and was available to test drive. Joe was super friendly and made my entire experience so seamless from initial viewing to handover. I knew I was in good hands upon chatting to a returning customer who had bought five cars from him in the past! All of my questions were answered and never was the sale pressed for from Joe’s end. On my handover, Joe even took the time to talk me through the advanced features and had the car looking immaculate. If it is the spec you’re after, I wouldn’t think twice about giving Joe a visit! I cannot explain how happy I am with my purchase!

Do not waste your time for this dealer. I really doubt if they want to sell cars. I liked a car they had in their stock. Called them multiple times, first of all it went to voice mail most of the times. By any chance if it was attended by, the person was just rude who just doesn’t know how to respond to a customer. And he will say that he will call me back, the car is in service. It’s been nearly 3 weeks now, no call back yet. It was probably 3 times I was able to connect out of numerous calls I tried.
