I bought a 2020 Skoda a couple of months ago and it wasn’t straight forward by any means not the fault of the garage, they took my old car for the trade i wanted and everything went well. A few days into driving I noticed a sensor issue with the car after long drives I contacted the garage and I was dealing with a lovely guy named Jason one of the sales members it was a tricky problem to solve but every time he needed to make a fix he had a car for me use. Overall they were very professional and got back to me with my complaints even on the weekend. After a few try’s they fixed the problem for me, In the end they made everything right with me and I got Skoda to check the car and everything seems great with it thanks again guys.

I have had several cars cleaned here over the years but brought my VW Golf to be valeted there last year and they broke my radio and damaged some of the chrome trim. When I pointed this out to the gang master I was aggressively accused of lying and making it up - which I wasn’t. Extremely poor customer service to the point of feeling threatened and won’t be using them again.

Robert is lovely man to do business with. When I pulled into the forecourt to look at the vans Robert came out to greet me. Fantastic sales man and very professional. Thank you I am delighted with the van

Cannot give this dealership enough praise! 5 stars does not give enough credit to Robert and his team. Bought a Hyundai Tuscon from Robert recently and I can only say that it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him. Genuine, down to earth, decent and an absolute gentleman. Would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing a car. Will not pass this place in the future if I’m ever buying a car again.
