Recently purchased our new car here and had an excellent experience. Dave was a gentleman to deal with. Very honest and helpful and didn't put us under any pressure. Would definitely recommend to others and would have no problem dealing with Dalton Car Sales again in the future.

Went to purchase a van if a deal could be done. David the sales guy very nice said he would do business as he liked my van and would ring me guess what he never did so I rang and David said oh give me 5 mins the figures are on my desk. Guess what he never rang. Spineless. I guess they will only deal when it suits them

Travelled to go see a Honda civic, we were handed the keys with no real introduction and sent off alone. A tyre pressure warning came on immediately, and a noticeable hum from the rear wheels began at 80km/h hardly signs of a “workshop prepped” car as stated in their post. After the drive, no one met us, we had to go inside ourselves. When we mentioned the issues, the response was dismissive: “It wasn’t there when we drove it.” No effort to check the car or even offer a quick pressure top-up which might have relieved the issue. It felt like they weren’t interested in making a sale, despite knowing we’d traveled a long distance. The poor prep and lack of basic courtesy lost them a sale. Wouldn’t recommend from my experience.

This is my 3rd consecutive car purchase from Daltons, During that time they have also completed all of my maintenance and repair work, Tadgh, George and the rest of the crew are welcoming, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't honestly see myself going anywhere else. Cheers lads.
