Had my car in for its first service on Monday morning. I had the pleasure of dealing with an absolute gentleman Patrick Carley, he met me with a lovely genuine smile and asked me if I had any problems with my car, I explained what I needed checked which he noted . When I went back to pick up my car he explained everything to me and showed me how to use the equipment if I get a puncture. That young gentleman is such an asset to your company. Thank you Patrick.

Service was completed nice and promptly and the service advisor was very professional she checked me in efficiently and showed me the tea/coffee facilities and when service was completed we completed with she told me how the service went.
