Met luke who I'm glad to say made it his aim to greet, introduce and advise regarding my query..found him extremely pleasant and friendly and well up-to-date regarding and queries I had. Very professional in his approach and found the environment extremely clean and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We had a very good experience when picking up our new Cupra Born last Friday at Cupra Wexford. Carly took us carefully through all the financial details of our PCP contract and made everything very clear. Then we were passed over to Ronan who helped us complete the last bits of documentation. He then sat in the new car with us and explained all the different features in a very clear manner. The overall level of service was absolutely first class!

Carly was most helpful and expressed great interest in what we were looking for. Unfortunately the trade in allowance was way off the mark. Who knows however we may do business in the future if it was a straight purchase with no trade in.

Had my car in for its first service on Monday morning. I had the pleasure of dealing with an absolute gentleman Patrick Carley, he met me with a lovely genuine smile and asked me if I had any problems with my car, I explained what I needed checked which he noted . When I went back to pick up my car he explained everything to me and showed me how to use the equipment if I get a puncture. That young gentleman is such an asset to your company. Thank you Patrick.
