A family member recently purchased a used Audi A6 here. Sales process (Kevin) was efficient and nonsense free. After the purchase was completed the car was prepared as requested and on time. Car had to go back for 2 minor items which is not unusual for a second hand car, but how a garage deals with warranty issues is hugely telling on their business model and quality of their after-sales service. The service manager (Patrick) dealt with both requests in a very timely manner instilling confidence in our decision to purchase a car here. Based on our experience to-date, I'd have no problem recommending here for a car purchase.
