Called Cosgrove’s garage for advice/assistance on winding back the rear caliper on a VW. We required VCDS software to disengage the electric lock. They were recommended to me by my own trusted (local) mechanic, and considering they are a VW dealer I assumed they could give me some advice. Well I was wrong, the man on the phone RUDELY told me I’m not qualified to be working on cars and I should leave it alone and that it needs to be brought to a professional garage for repairs… He didn’t even give me the slightest advice over the phone like I assumed he would considering he has such a large customer base in the locality! Consider this before dealing with them. I’d hate to have purchased a car from this dealer and have him treat me like this 😂

Excellent, Professional and honest to deal with, dropped my car in for brake pads to get done and as always the lads and ladies here offer top customer service and a professional approach (unlike one review here i just read and saw the picture!!, where he wanted to do the brake pads himself at home and blamed the garage for being professionals, the mind bogles? ) Keep up the customer service, your real customers know how diligent, cost friendly and professional you are!!
