Bought a car off them back in 2017, the car was 8 months old. They had two other cars which were very similar but the saleman was very adamant we should buy this car as I live in a different county. It came to light several years later the reason as car paint started chipping on left side of car. It had been sprayed on that side and they never disclosed this information upon purchase. Spoke to them several times since, but they would not do anything for me. Very very disappointed with them as I previously bought a car off them previously. Buyer beware! Edited reply to cooneys: We all know at this stage you will not accept any wrong doing but some facts: From Cartell, you originally sold the car and then ended up back with it a short time later. So when you bought it back you are saying categorically you didn’t give the car a full check to see its condition? You had no knowledge of any work done? When one whole panel was sprayed and filled? Your sales man Noel was very knowledgeable about the previous car we bought off ye, who owed it etc. but didn’t have details on this one? As discussed before and you know already this. We only learnt of the damage several years after purchase. Dont talk about this being dealt with open and fairly. You wanted to sell off a problem to another county but these things do come back around unfortunately for you. We trusted Noel and yourself Alan but you let us down very badly.

We were able to test drive a car similar to one we were interested in purchasing for several hours and were offered to take it again if we felt the need to do so.
