Was there on the 3rd talking to Paul. Quoted a price for myself jeep thousands less than what I was offered from other dealers. He was telling me how good the customer service is i can't say that. He didnt respond when I said the price was way undervalued. Or he didnt respond to my husband. No out service email. Very disappointing service actually no service. Good for customers to know prior to purchasing.
Wife bought a Range Rover off Paul Regazzoli and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Made the process so easy and very supportive. No hard selling just wanted us to know what was available and was brillant for advise on what to get etc etc. A+++++ From Paul. --- Wife had a Query out of hours office and Paul took the call and gave her instructions on how to do controls on the vehicle. Excellent customer service. Andrew Hughes is so helpful, made organising my service, some bodywork etc all at the same time easy. He just got it all sorted out for me. Excellent.
We purchased a car from Conlan’s in September, and the first issue arose in October when we discovered the engine was missing a part. Despite this being reported promptly, we had to wait until January to get the car booked in. The car was with them for three weeks, yet it wasn’t even serviced during that time. Shortly after collecting it, a new problem appeared — the car began leaking coolant. For the past two weeks we have been repeatedly contacting Conlan’s, often calling daily, but have been continuously brushed off without any meaningful assistance. The car is currently undriveable, leaving us without transport. We are still awaiting a resolution, and it feels as though they are simply delaying until the warranty expires so the issue is no longer their responsibility. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend Conlan’s.
