Was there last Saturday to have a look at the car I'm interested in. It took ages for someone to come up to me even that there was at least 4 people seating in the office. I got the keys for the car to have a look but the car didn't work at all couldn't even open it. Been told it is probably battery. Not great experience.

Very poor and unprofessional service. I rang and made an appointment to view a car as I was travelling from Dublin. I had other business planned in Athlone so used the opportunity to make the most of it and view a car. I also highlighted on the phone that there may be a second car or interest that I may wish to view. I arrived a week later as arranged and viewed the second car that I had mentioned on the call. The sales rep took my car for a spin as this would be considered in a trade in. When I enquired about the car I had arranged to view I was told "its out the back, I'll get it for you now". A few mins later the sales rep returned and apologised and said the car was gone to Dublin to have its wheels done as they were scuffed. He said he didn't know anything about it and offered to have it brought to Dublin for me to view. How unprofessional is it to make an appointment and when you get there the car is not there and didn't know when it will return. To add to the matter I was told by the sales rep that he would go away and do his figures and contact me with a price for trade in and talk about the car that wasn't there on appointment but guess what..... 10 days later I'm still waiting for that email or call.
