We travelled over 2 hours to get a Kia jeep from Athlone 6 months ago. Rob ititally helped us and then Sergej took over. We had a few issues with some parts of the car but the service and support to get us sorted was excellent and went above and beyond. Sergej did everything he could and more and Mary in reception was also extremely helpful and we could not recommend highly enough. Hi I bought a car from Colm Quinn motor store and the experience was so bad .. so firstly I had arranged over the phone that I was going to call in on a Saturday morning. We drove down I spoke to the receptionist she said I’ll let him know you’re here .. I could see him outside taking photos of another car 45 minutes and I told the receptionist I’m leaving… with that he came in no apology or anything… anyway I calmed down .. he went and looked at my car .. we haggled for a bit , then we agreed on a price .. so a few things needed to be done on the car he said it will take a few days. I came and collected the car swapped my stuff over and drove home .. when I got home I looked to see had he given me the spare wheel as agreed but no spare wheel … I also forgot to take a scarf that was on the back window and my toll tag as well … I phoned the sales guy yeah yeah yeah I’ll post them all to you he said the guys forgot to put the spare into the car .. a week later I phoned again he then tells me the stuff gets lost in the post … I must have made about 30 phone calls and still to this day no spare wheel no tag or scarf … I will never deal with these people again … I was such a bad bad experience..
